Obituary of Debbie Billings

Debbie Billings passed away peacefully at the Brandon Regional Health Centre on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at the age of 58 years. Debbie was born on January 4, 1965 in Birch Hills, Saskatchewan. She was raised in Saskatchewan with her 4 siblings, Debbie being the second oldest. Sports were an interest for her, she played high school basketball and loved to Ukrainian dance. While living in Saskatchewan, she helped her Dad at the family owned convenience store. Debbie had many achievements in her lifetime, one being her first born child in 1990. In 1993, Debbie married Doug Billings and moved to Manitoba. This started a whole new adventure for Debbie.  She helped manage the family farm once she moved to Manitoba. In the later years, Debbie held many positions within healthcare working in the field for the last 20+ years. Camping, spending time with her grandkids, country music (especially Country Fest), were some of her favourite things. She especially loved anything to do with Christmas.

She was predeceased by her father, Bill Ewashko and sister, Wanda Pruden. Debbie will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Doug Billings; daughters: Cassandra Billings, Nicole Billings and Christa Webster as well her precious grandchildren, Camilo Contreras and Aleah Contreras.
